Our Cancellation Conditions:

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.  Up to three months prior to scheduled arrival, there are no cancellation penalties; between three months and one month prior to arrival, you will be charged for three days. Within one month of arrival, or in the event of delayed arrival or early departure, we will be obliged to charge you 90% of the amount for the entire stay.  
In all instances,  Austrian Hotel Regulations will apply.

"Panorama Cancellation Protection". For EURO 7,00 per room per booked  vacation day,
you have no more worries. Your protection covers: all cancellation charges related to inability of the insure to travel due to doctor-attested medical reasons, due to accident, illness or
other grave events within the family circle.
